Pure Creatine Monohydrate: Creatine has helped with my recovery and muscle repair & build. I'll take about 5g in the morning with my coffee and then 5g in my water throughout the day. Overloading my creatine has now helped with cognitive brain function giving me more mental clarity throughout the day.
